You'll be joining a finance team of 12, working closely with experienced team members who can provide support and guidance. The team operates with a flexible working structure, with a mix of full-time and part-time staff.
Job Description
Initially, the role will focus on supporting the team with invoice data entry and system backlog tasks, ensuring any missed or incomplete data is correctly entered into the new system.As the role develops, responsibilities may expand to include supporting freight-related finance queries and assisting with wider finance tasks, including collaboration with international colleagues.Key responsibilities include:
3. Inputting invoice data into the new finance system
4. Clearing backlog and ensuring finance records are accurate and complete
5. Assisting with finance administration related to freight and logistics
6. Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks
7. Working collaboratively with both UK and international colleagues as required
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who:
8. Has strong attention to detail and accuracy with data
9. Is organised and able to manage routine administrative tasks
10. Has an interest in developing within finance
11. Is comfortable working with systems and data entry
12. Can work both independently and as part of a team
