The ENP will work to deliver high quality clinical care both in the practice and on home visits. The split is flexible and can be agreed to meet the preference of the ENP and the needs of the practice. The role will involve assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning of patients across the age range with support from Advanced Clinical Practitioners and GPs. Park Surgery is committed to the education and development of its staff, and ENPs will be supported to develop further if they so wish.
