Awarded a bronze accreditation by Investors in People, HMP YOI Bronzefield focuses on providing needs-based services and programmes aimed at rehabilitating and maintaining the well-being of prisoners. HMP YOI Bronzefield is an all-female prison that can hold up to 542 women. Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance to electrical systems (18th Edition standards).
* Perform scheduled maintenance and keep accurate records of all work.
* Participate in the on-call rota for out-of-hours support.
* Escort and assist specialist contractors as needed.
* Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies.
Person Specification:
* Proven experience in electrical fault-finding, installation, and repairs.
* Familiarity with commercial electrical systems (HVAC, BMS, etc.) is a plus.
* Qualified to 18th Edition (BS 7671).
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

* Strong Health & Safety adherence.
* Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Working Hours:
* 5 days per week (including occasional weekends)
* Participation in the on-call rota required.
