About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic On-Call and Lunchtime Supervisor to join our school team. This is a vital non-teaching role where you will support the smooth running of the school day by supervising students during lunchtimes and responding to on-call requests from teaching staff.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring a safe, calm, and positive environment for all students through whilst also working with Pastoral Leads.
This post is term time only, 32.5 hours, Monday – Friday inclusive 8.30am – 3.30pm. Salary will be APT&C Grade E SCP 6-9, £13.05 per hour, pro rata salary £19,175 - £20,109.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise students during lunchtimes in the dining hall, playgrounds, corridors, and other communal areas.
* Promote positive behaviour and help maintain a safe and respectful school environment.
* Respond promptly to on-call requests, supporting classroom management where required.
* Escort students to designated areas and record incidents in line with school policy.
* Build positive relationships with students while acting as a role model.
