About the role:
We are looking for a motivated Planning Lawyer ,to join our dynamic Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to workon high-quality, complex planning matters within a reputable and growing firm.
What this role would include:
Advise on planning matters, including applications, appeals, enforcement, and judicial reviews.
Draft and negotiate Section 106 agreements and other planning documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare reports, briefings, and advice notes.
Support senior lawyers on complex planning and environmental cases and liaise with authorities, developers, and stakeholders.
Monitor developments in planning legislation, policy, and case law.
What we are looking for:
A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years PQE in Planning and/or Environmental Law.
A strong commercial awareness and strategic judgement, able to deliver clear, pragmatic legal advice aligned with clients operational and commercial objectives.
