Financial Accounting & Control:- Oversee all aspects of financial accounting and reporting processes.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.- Implement robust internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.2. Business Integration:- Lead financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems and processes post-acquisition.- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making during integration activities.3. Continuous Improvement:- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.- Implement best practices to streamline financial operations and enhance productivity.- Drive initiatives to optimize the use of the ERP system and other financial tools.4. Leadership and Team Management:- Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.- Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.- Promote a collaborative working environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.5.
