As the Head Chef, you will * Lead, manage and develop a large team ensuring standards are maintained at all times* Manage costs and budget accordingly* Create fresh exciting menus using seasonal ingredients for both staff dining and hospitality* Work alongside the GM and liaise with the client for new menus* All food is freshly prepared and seasonal so exceptional culinary skills are essential.
