We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly team. About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key part in creating a vibrant and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5. You'll help to plan and deliver exciting activities, support each child's individual development, and build positive relationships with families and colleagues. This role is ideal for someone warm, proactive and eager to grow their career in early years education.
What You'll Do
* Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
* Plan and deliver creative, engaging activities that promote learning and development.
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and the wider nursery team.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment at all times.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective teamwork and communication.
* Attend staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions to enhance your skills.
What We're Looking For
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education/Childcare (desirable).
* Previous nursery or childcare experience (highly desirable).
* Strong teamwork and leadership skills to guide and support junior staff.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues.
* A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
* A driving licence is desirable for outings and activities.
* Sponsorship available for the right candidate who meets eligibility criteria.
