The Opportunity As Account Director, youll be the driving force behind a full suite of FM services, covering: Hard & Technical Services Soft FM Security Catering Project Delivery Workplace Experience Youll lead a high-performing team, manage end‑to‑end operational delivery, and play a pivotal role in shaping long-term strategic direction. Your leadership will ensure exceptional service, robust compliance, commercial growth, and an outstanding workplace experience for thousands of users. What Youll Lead & Deliver Champion a culture of excellence, ensuring all contractual KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards are consistently achieved Build, nurture, and elevate senior-level client relationships, acting as the trusted partner for all operational and strategic matters Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, driving performance, development, and succession planning Oversee all technical and statutory compliance across a complex, high-risk estate Ensure effective management of suppliers and subcontractors, optimising value, quality, and delivery Drive commercial outcomes, including P&L ownership, cost efficiencies, and long-term growth opportunities Implement forward-thinking initiatives that enhance service delivery, innovation, and customer experience What Youll Bring Strong leadership experience within Total FM or Technical FM environments Expertise in managing M&E and critical infrastructure across complex estates Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation, compliance frameworks, and safe systems of work Ability to create and embed best-in-class SOPs and EOPs for high‑risk or technical environments Proven track record in developing high-performance FM and engineering teams Confident communicator with the presence to influence senior stakeholders and provide expert guidance Experience delivering large-scale capital or infrastructure projects on time and on budget Commercially astute with a passion for improving service, driving value and strengthening partnerships
