M Pro Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced and motivatedVehicle Technicianto join a well-established automotive team that is expanding their workshop in the Brightonarea. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, professional workshop with long-term career development and manufacturer training available.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Carry out diagnostics and fault finding using the latest tools and software
Complete vehicle health checks and report on any additional work required
Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer and industry standards
Keep accurate records of all work undertaken and adhere to health & safety regulations
Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop
Requirements:
Level 2/3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or independent garage
Confident with diagnostics, servicing, and general repairs
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence is essential
MOT Tester status is desirable but not essential

Competitive salary:£28,000 - £38,000 depending on experience + bonus
