About the Mortgage Administrator Role
As the Mortgage Administrator, you’ll work closely with a team of expert Mortgage Brokers, guiding clients at every step of their mortgage journey. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that each case progresses smoothly by handling key communications, managing submissions, and monitoring compliance.

Mortgage Administrator
* Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Mortgage Brokers, lenders, solicitors, and clients to see each case through to completion with meticulous attention to detail.
* Handle complex cases and diverse income structures with confidence and a solutions-driven mindset.
* Take ownership of case compliance, documentation, and follow-up communications, ensuring a seamless process from initial contact to final close.
* Consistently exceed client expectations with exceptional service and clear, effective communication.
The Mortgage Administrator Package
* Salary: Up to £32,000 with a £1,000 quarterly company performance bonus
* Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours

Mortgage Administrator Skills & Experience Required

* Proactive Ownership of your work, driving each case to successful completion.
