Overview:
A leading network media agency which have a great reputation are seeking a Performance Planning Director to lead the performance strategy across one of their flagship clients; one if the world’s most recognisable brands.
This role reports into Client Partner and will be working alongside a Planning Partner and Strategy Director. It offers the chance to join a talented team and play a pivotal role in award winning work for an incredible client, which is at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities:
* Lead mid-to-lower funnel performance planning and optimisation
* Develop and deliver data-led, cross-channel media strategies
* Drive measurable outcomes across always-on and campaign activity
* Work closely with planning, activation, strategy and analytics teams
* Act as senior client lead for performance, including presentations
* Identify innovation opportunities across media, data and tech
* Mentor and develop junior team members
Your profile:
* Strong digital planning background with proven performance results are key for this role
* Prior performance within a performance-led role within a media agency
* Experience with data-led strategy, measurement and analytics tools
* Track record managing complex, multi-channel campaigns
* Confident client-facing and presenting at senior level
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
