Experience
Proven experience as a chef de parties or Sous Chef in a busy pub or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and staff training.
Comprehensive knowledge of food production techniques and culinary arts.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
