About the client
Morgan Law is seeking an Interim Head of Finance for a subsidiary company of a local authority.
Accountabilities
4. Work alongside the Finance Director and assist with the following:
5. Housing repairs and project mgmt. management accounting
6. Process mapping current end to end processes to understand where the risks are and work out how to improve them (including how they might work in a new system)
7. Improving the management reporting process
8. Assisting with contract pricing, budget and business plan formulation
9. Reviewing the current system (Sage ) and improving where necessary
Candidate Requirements
10. CCAB or CIMA Qualified with post qualification finance / accounting experience within either a Local Authority or Housing Association (E)
11. Experience working at Head of Finance level or above
12. Experience in Housing Repairs accounting
13. Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
