Direct Support Professional/Caregiver - York/Red Lion, PA

We are actively seeking dedicated DSP/Caregivers to provide In Home & Community Support, Companion Services, Community Participation Support and Respite Services. Full Time & Part-Time Hours!
We have immediate needs in the following areas:
* Red Lion, PA
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
* Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational realms
* Assist client participation in leisure/recreational activities
* Maintain a schedule of services/activities in a treatment plan and report on status of health and safety objectives
* Provide respite and companionship to offer relief to family or primary caregiver
* Complete and submit documentation and payroll data according to scheduled deadlines
* Complete initial and ongoing training and staff development activities
* Ability to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities
* Ability to work independently in the community and/or the client’s home
* Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary, based on individual client needs
* Passion and experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) is preferred
Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years old
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation
* Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
* Lifting may be required depending on individual client needs
* CPR/First Aid Certification Training is provided by company
Pay:
* $15-20/HR
Experience:
* Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
* Flexible Schedules; Weekly Pay; Competitive Wages; Paid Onboarding Training;
* Eligibility of some benefits are based on hours worked include:
o Medical; Dental; Life Insurance; 401K
* $333 paid out after working 90 days with an average of 20 hours per week
* $333 paid out after working 6 months (180 days) with an average of 20 hours per week
* $334 paid out after working 1 year (365 days) with an average of 20 hours per week
* Applicant cannot have been employed by Abound Health (or any of our newly acquired companies) in the past 18 months
* Signing bonus not applicable for Residential Services
* Employees hired as Relative as Providers (RAPs) are not eligible for the Signing Bonus
