The core purpose of this role is to help Mysoft secure the right opportunities by leading discovery, shaping solution fit, and delivering engaging, business-outcome-focused demonstrations of Sage X3 and Mysoft's X3CloudDocs. Working closely with our Business Development Manager, the successful job holder will uncover client needs, translate them into clear requirements, and showcase how our solutions can deliver real value. The goal is to simplify complexity, tell compelling solution stories, and give CFOs, COOs, and their teams the confidence to choose Mysoft.

What you'll be doing
* Lead structured discovery workshops to capture and prioritise business requirements.
* Map processes in wholesale distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing to SageX3 capabilities.
* Build and deliver tailored demonstrations that highlight both the 'off-the-shelf' power of X3, and its configurability for competitive advantage.
* Support proposals and RFPs with clear solutions narratives, assumptions, and risk notes.
* Collaborate with marketing on webinars, events and content that showcase Mysoft's expertise.
* Ensure a seamless sales-to-delivery handover with well-documented requirements.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines ERP expertise with commercial acumen along with;
* Proven ERP pre-sales or solution consulting experience, SageX3 strongly preferred.
* Deep knowledge of EPR processes across finance, distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing.
* Business analysis skills, including processing mapping, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, confident in front of CFO/COO audiences.
* Collaborative, adaptable and motivated by helping businesses succeed.
