About the Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely delivery of our products. You’ll be the vital link between internal teams, external partners, and our logistics provider—making sure everything arrives at the right place, at the right time.
The role is based between our main office in Sherburn in Elmet (North Yorkshire) and our distribution yard in Snaith (East Riding of Yorkshire)
What You’ll Do
* Communicate daily with internal stakeholders such as Area Sales Managers and Contracts Managers.
* Liaise with our 3rd party logistics provider to manage deliveries and shipments accurately.
* Coordinate shipments in and out, consolidating orders and shipping to relevant locations.
* Monitor stock levels and adjust material provision to meet delivery schedules.
* Produce and manage delivery paperwork and booking processes.
* Flag potential issues early to maintain proactive customer service.
What We’re Looking For

* Ability to work across departments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Previous experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management is desirable.
* Applicant must hold a full driving licence and be able to travel between the locations mentioned above.
