Sitting within our International Functions Business Unit and reporting into our People Organisation and Transformation Director, the People and Performance Partner will be pivotal in supporting the delivery and implementation of the people strategy.

Through effective partnerships with key stakeholders you'll lead, develop and ensure effective delivery of the people agenda for our International Marketing and Sustainability / Social Impact Teams - spanning an employee population of circa 80 employees across multiple teams based predominantly in the UK, with some globally.

This is an exciting time to join our People / HR team with lots of scope to grow and evolve in role. This is a new role so we're open to full time or part time.



Key Responsibilities

This is a full end-to-end generalist role, with high support from the HR Shared Services function to deliver an exceptional employee experience, operational HR activities and administrative support.

The key to your success in this role will revolve around building effective relationships with key stakeholders - including across the International HR community and within ABF, to collaborate on joint people-related activities.
* Fully accountable for delivery of the People plan for International Marketing and Sustainability & Social Impact including the operational / day-to-day
* Responsible for the workforce planning and its effective implementation, aligned to budget
* Accountable for ensuring the successful implementation of a competitive reward plan and ongoing review of reward and remuneration versus best practice. This will also include the completion of the annual pay review.
* Ensure effective employment relations are maintained
* Own the talent agenda for International Marketing and Sustainability & Social Impact building capabilities for future, driving development and succession planning with key stakeholders and their teams.
* Identify areas for improvement, to mitigate risks and propose steps to rectify them.
* Provide proactive advice on HR matters that enable the business to achieve its objectives.
* Develop and implement a range of people improvement projects and initiatives.
* Deliver and embed key HR change projects, identified through International HR agenda, notably, but not limited to, Thrive, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and employee engagement.
* Coach, support and challenge key individuals as part on their development planning process.
* Support the business Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda ensuring that this remains at the forefront of leadership teams’ minds when considering development, talent, engagement and succession.
* Managing through complex ER cases in collaboration with HR Shared Services.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

* This role would suit a seasoned HR professional with experience in managing people and performance agendas across multiple stakeholder groups, ideally with CIPD, psychometric and / or coaching qualifications to underpin your work.
* The successful candidate will be experienced across all aspects of a generalist’s HR remit, with strengths in coaching as well as a strong technical knowledge.
* A ‘can do’ attitude with a track record of delivering tangible results will be crucial, as will an ability to juggle, prioritise and deliver multiple activities with rigour and discipline under time pressure.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and simplify complexity are important for success, as well ab embracing ambiguity and challenging the status quo.
* An agile thinker with a commercial mindset, able to work in partnership with the business to ensure delivery of the best results/outcomes.
