- Shift Day shift - Monday to Friday : Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4pm & Friday 7:30am- 1:30pm
- Contract: Temporary Ongoing | Potential Temp to Perm
- Immediate start available
- Ongoing training and development
- Opportunity to secure a permanent contract
- Immediate starts available following a successful face‑to‑face interview
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing timber products ready for the spraying process
- Sanding, priming, and top coating products to a high standard
- Using water‑based paints and stains
- Operating air‑assisted spray guns
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
- Working efficiently to production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Candidate Criteria:
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn a new skill
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to commit to night shifts
- Have good attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work
- Be comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Be able to follow instructions and health & safety procedures
- Have previous experience within manufacturing, production, woodworking, spraying, or labouring environments (preferred but not essential)
- Be physically fit due to the nature of the role
