Bannview House is a modern, purpose-built Nursing Home supporting up to 80 residents. The Home is designed with individual bedrooms and ensuite facilities, a comfortable lounge and dining areas. Many rooms offer fantastic views of the rural countryside. The enclosed gardens and patio provide a safe and relaxing place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Bannview House has three dedicated units: General Nursing, Dementia Nursing and General Residential.
Role
The Registered Nurse holds a key leadership position in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to individual residents. You will support shift management, ensure resident and team safety, and maintain an evolving commitment to professional development.
Responsibilities
* Deliver person‑centred care to each resident
* Assess and monitor the physical health of residents within care plans
* Support and supervise all care staff or new recruits
* Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
* Comply with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
* Undertake any other duties reasonably required, as designated by the Home Manager

Required Criteria
* Valid UK NMC pin
* Minimum of 6 months nursing experience
* Right to work in the UK
* Ability to work independently and supervise a team
* Good standard of written and oral English
Desired Criteria
* Experience gained in a care home setting
