Our client is seeking a high-calibre Operations Manager to lead the execution of a critical Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the Spanish market.
This is not a standard operations role. Following new regulatory framework developments in Europe, you will act as the primary safeguard for news partnership activities in Spain. You will be the central link between international compliance clusters, technical engineering teams, and local news partnership managers, ensuring every workflow adheres strictly to legal requirements.
What You'll Do
1. Regulatory Safeguarding: Manage the end-to-end operational workflow for 14 new regulatory commitments, ensuring absolute compliance with regional laws.
2. Vendor Management: Oversee external service provider teams (Tier 1 vendors) responsible for high-volume contract extensions and payment scheduling.
3. Process Optimization: Identify gaps in current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and author new documentation as regulations evolve.
