Purpose of Role: To own the order fulfilment process for dedicated accounts in the companys customer base, and deliver world class customer service in line with business targets.
Responsibilities
* Act as the focal point of contact for the customer base.
* Develop vendor relationships for Customer account and specific materials
* Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with the customer.
* Manage customer forecasts and planned demand.
* Ensure customer orders are input accurately and efficiently into the order system.
* Manage the order fulfilment process from receipt through to delivery on time in full.
* Liaise with all key business functions (Sales, Planning, Production, and Distribution) to ensure customer demand is planned and satisfied in full.
* Ensure all customer events (promotions, product launch / de-list, design changes etc.) are known, planned and delivered in line with expectation.
* Responsible for advising accounts of any provisions required for order overs.
* Responsible for raising appropriate Customer invoices and credits
* Provide OTIF information
* Adopt a total quality approach to daily activities and to customers, both internal and external.
* On behalf of the Company, to ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act.
* Be computer literate on all packages available within the Company.
* Identify and implement new procedures relating to daily operations to ensure customers needs are met in a professional and efficient manner.

* The appointed person should possess excellent communication skills, organised and familiar with appropriate technology. Having good business awareness and keen attention to detail is also a requirement.
