About the role
We are seeking a Nightshift Replenishment Supervisor to manage one of our busy branches. The role requires leadership and drive to coach your team in delivering excellent on-shelf availability for our customers. Maintaining focus on results and working safely are key. The role may involve some duty management, for which full training will be provided.
There are real opportunities for progression within the Booker Group, with many Supervisors advancing into Store Management roles.

You will be responsible for
* Ensuring team compliance with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
* Reducing stock loss by addressing causes of shrinkage and wastage.
* Minimizing replenishment costs through efficient stock handling, appropriate product placement, and security in goods receiving.
* Collaborating with stock control and delivery teams to resolve off-sales issues.
* Maintaining effective replenishment to ensure product availability for customers.
You will need
* A passion for delivering exceptional operational standards for customers.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and enjoyment in managing and working with a team.
* Strong communication skills with some supervisory or managerial experience.
* Practical experience in the food retail industry.
