The team combines strategic planning, strong project management, and a collaborative approach to create long term value for communities and stakeholders while maintaining a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and forward thinking solutions.Your new roleSite Supervisor required to take ownership of the carpentry package on a high-quality residential conversion scheme with a ground floor commercial unit on the outskirts of Cambridge. This role will suit someone with a strong carpentry background who is confident managing site activities, coordinating trades, and driving quality delivery on a live project.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the carpentry package from first fix through to final finishes, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate carpentry subcontractors and interfacing trades to maintain efficient sequencing and minimise disruption to other packages.
• Inspect works on an ongoing basis, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues relating to carpentry works, escalating where required to maintain progress.
• Monitor progress against programme, proactively addressing delays and ensuring timely completion of key milestones.
• Maintain high health and safety standards across the carpentry scope, including inductions, toolbox talks, and regular site inspections.
• Ensure materials, fixings, and joinery elements are ordered, delivered, stored, and installed efficiently to avoid waste and delays.
