About the Role
We are seeking a driven and creative Campaign Manager Intern with a passion for digital advertising. In this role, you’ll support the execution, optimization, and analysis of digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This is a hands‑on role—perfect for someone with some foundational ad experience, eager to grow and eventually step into a full‑time role as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the setup, launch, and optimization of digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
* Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and provide insights and recommendations.
* Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to drive performance.
* Support in creating and updating campaign reports for stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the marketing team on broader digital strategies and content alignment.
* Stay up-to-date with digital ad trends, best practices, and platform changes.
Requirements
* Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Basic experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
* Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
* Good communication skills with a creative and proactive mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
* Passion for digital marketing and a growth mindset.
