Your duties will include:
· Produce documents in Excel, Word and Power Point
· Carry out general filing
· Paperwork Control
· Photocopying and general administrative duties
· Quotes
To be considered for the role of anAdministrative Assistant you must have:
· Experience of working in an administration role
· Knowledge of Microsoft packages
· Computer literate
· High attention to detail
· An excellent telephone manner
· Be able to prioritise work efficiently
· Be able to communicate at all levels
· Be willing to learn and develop an understanding of the food industry.
