We are looking for a creative and dynamic Business Support Officer to join the office of the West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner.

Role Overview
The core role of the PCC’s office is to ensure the voice of the public is reflected in policing. The PCC allocates funds to community projects, victim services, and crime prevention, ensuring the police have the necessary resources to serve the public effectively.
Candidate Profile
We seek someone passionate about amplifying the public voice, creative, with strong written skills, capable of identifying risks and opportunities, and bringing innovative ideas to community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Developing and delivering communications across various platforms to support the PCC and estate.
2. Producing and managing campaigns, videos, and podcasts.
3. Providing advice and support to the PCC.
4. Carrying out public engagement activities.
5. Working independently and helping shape strategic focus.
Role Details
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office. The closing date is 12 noon on Friday, 30th May 2025.
