This is a hands-on supervisory role, split 50/50 between management and on-the-tools duties, making it ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge who enjoys leading a team while remaining actively involved in site operations and delivering an exceptional level of service to residents.Hours of Work08:00am – 17:00pmMonday to FridayKey ResponsibilitiesCarrying out daily checks, as well as planned and reactive electrical maintenanceActing as first response to electrical and system faults across the buildingOverseeing lighting controls, HVAC electrical systems, and general LV infrastructureSupporting wider facilities operations and escalating issues where requiredCoordinating with mobile support teams and specialist contractorsMaintaining accurate system logs, completing PPM tasks, and ensuring timely close-out of work ordersAbout YouElectrically qualified City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or equivalentStrong LV experienceWillingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS checkComfortable working both independently and as part of a small teamProactive, with strong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsConfident working with modern building systems and automationProfessional and calm when dealing with residents and clientsFlexible and willing to support in emergency situations when requiredFor more information or to apply, please send your CV to Katie at CBW Staffing Solutions.
