Join our team at Exertis UK as a Credit Controller, where youll support the Accounts Receivable team by completing administration takss and speak directly with customers.
As part of the team, youll:
Manage your own ledger of accounts, plan calls and emails
Manage the effective collection of monies owed to the company
Build rapport and develop excellent working relationships with customers.
Follow specified processes if deadlines have been missed or payment has not been made.
Reconcile payments.
