Are you ready for a new challenge? Join Lyreco, we are excited to welcome a motivated Business Development Executive to our Field Sales Team.

We’re on a mission to expand our product offerings, and we need a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our SMB Sales Division, focusing on the Redditch, Worcester and Bromsgrove Areas.


Responsibilities

* Develop new business and manage existing accounts within your assigned territory area.
* Foster new relationships with prospective customers through various communication channels, building enduring connections.
* Engage in remote work while focusing on customer-facing interactions, such as cold calling or visiting existing clients.
* Meet targets and contribute to promotions based on results.


What you must have to be successful

* Be skilled in prospecting and identifying new leads to drive business growth.
* Excellent customer service abilities to ensure client satisfaction.
* Demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges and setbacks.
* Be driven by targets, consistently striving for results.


Compensation and Benefits

* Salary: £28k-£32k per annum (+ commission OTE £18k per annum)

The Process

* Telephone Interview – Initial conversation with our recruitment team
* 1st Interview – Face to face with your manager
* 2nd interview – Field visit (meet a peer for a hands-on insight)
* 3rd interview – Meet your manager’s manager
