We’re looking for an organised, proactive and community‑focused individual to support the delivery of the Pride in Place Programme in Leigh Park and West Cowplain (Wecock). This is an opportunity to contribute to long‑term regeneration, working alongside residents, partners and council teams to help improve local places and outcomes for communities.
What you’ll be doing
You will provide essential administrative and project support to the Pride in Place Programme, helping keep meetings, projects and workstreams running smoothly. This includes organising and attending meetings and events, maintaining programme documentation, supporting community engagement activity, responding to enquiries, and assisting with monitoring, evaluation and communications across the programme.
You should have
* Experience working with communities and/or public sector partners
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities
* Confidence using Microsoft Office
* Comfortable working with a wide range of people
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Enthusiasm for community‑led regeneration
* Flexibility to travel to meetings, including occasional evenings
