Lettings Negotiator
Staffline Ireland is recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator on behalf of a leading estate agent. The role involves helping tenants find suitable homes, supporting landlords with excellent service, and representing the company at viewings, on calls with applicants, negotiating deals, and closing agreements.
Responsibilities:
* Manage property listings, handle enquiries, and conduct viewings.
* Guide tenants through the rental process from viewing to move-in.
* Provide a professional, knowledgeable, and helpful experience at every stage.
* Qualify applicants, match them with properties, and negotiate lettings.
* Build and maintain relationships with landlords, keeping them updated.
* Complete all checks, references, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain an applicant pipeline and update internal systems regularly.
* Track KPIs, meet targets, and contribute to team success.
* Identify opportunities for upselling or additional services.
* Stay informed about local market conditions and competition.
* Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams for smooth handovers.
* Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
* Perform any other duties related to the role.
Person Specification:
* At least 1 year of experience in lettings, sales, or a customer-facing role.
* Confident communicator with negotiation skills.
* Energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work.
* Knowledge of the NI rental market is preferred but not essential.
* Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude.
* Full UK driving license.
