Assistant Shop Manager
Location: Long Eaton, NG10 1HZ.
Hours: Part time, 6.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities
* Assist the Shop Manager in maintaining day‑to‑day shop operations
* Plan and manage deliveries and collections
* Operate the agreed stock rotation system and pricing structure
* Ensure an efficient back‑room operation
* Deliver budgeted sales targets and maximize profit
* Provide excellent customer service
* Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the shop team
Qualifications
* Evidence of behaviour in line with TAAS core values
* Experience in retail management or a similar customer‑facing role
* Ability to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Collaborative approach to achieving departmental and wider organisational objectives
* Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure
