Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Assistant to join our team. The role involves supporting the development and learning of young children and creating a stimulating and nurturing environment. The Early Years Educator will play a crucial role in supporting children's growth, learning, and socialisation during their formative years.
Duties
* Supporting learning and contributing to the overall well-being of the children under the guidance of senior staff.

* Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their emotional and social development.
* Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and development.
* Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment that meets the diverse needs of all children.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies at all times.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Experience, knowledge, skills and qualities.
* A passionate and motivated attitude to work alongside children ensuring the best outcomes for them.
* Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting is desirable but not essential.
