This role involves working within a local authority setting, delivering high-quality services to protect public health and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities Take enforcement action in accordance with Trading Standards and Environmental Protection legislation. Instigate legal proceedings and statutory enforcement where appropriate. Apply negotiation skills and a practical approach to problem-solving. Maintain a commitment to customer care and professional standards. Essential Requirements Education: Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C or equivalent). Driving Licence: Full UK licence with business insurance (ideally).
