The Role: Business Development Graduate
As a Business Development Graduate, you’ll play a vital role in the growth and success of our company. From understanding how a new business operates day-to-day to helping drive new opportunities and client satisfaction, this role is perfect for ambitious graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in business, sales, and strategy. Key Responsibilities
* Support the growth of face-to-face client campaigns through business development and market analysis
* Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to approach potential customers
* Engage with customers face-to-face, representing clients across diverse sectors
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve campaign effectiveness
* Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
* Meet and exceed sales and performance targets
* Contribute to internal business development meetings, brainstorms, and strategic planning
* Work closely with senior mentors and managers as part of a tailored training program
