Job Description
Our Lutterworth site have an exciting opportunity for a WMS Systems Trainer to join our team on afull time, permanent basis.
Salary: £36,000 per annum.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (flexibility required).
As a WMS Systems Trainer youwill create engaging training material and courses that impart the necessary skill and knowledge to colleagues. You will have the responsibility to organise courses and manage attendance, ensuring training is delivered to the right individuals.
Key Duties of a WMS Systems Trainer:
Create training materials, manuals, and documentation to support the learning process.
Conduct on-site or remote training sessions for staff on how to use the system, utilising various training methods, such as workshops, presentations, and hands-on exercises, to accommodate different learning styles.
Undertake assessments to evaluate the proficiency of warehouse staff in using the WMS. Provide constructive feedback to learners and offer additional support as needed.
Deliver refresher courses or advanced training sessions as the WMS evolves or updates are implemented.
Collect feedback from trainees regarding the effectiveness of training programs.
Maintain up-to-date training documentation, manuals, and knowledge repositories.
Stay informed about updates, enhancements, and changes to the WMS. Quickly adapt training material to incorporate new features or functionalities.
Qualifications
I n-depth knowledge of the specific system being implemented or similar systems.
Background in training methodologies and adult learning principles, previous experience in training roles, especially related to system being implementations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles.
Strong problem-solving skills to address user queries and challenges.
Understanding of the operational processes and workflows associated with the system being trained.
