The successful candidate will be joining our client’s Primary Care team and operating across varied levels of the NHS and will be responsible for securing business growth, by developing and effectively implementing strategic account plans within their designated territory.

Job Overview:
* Developing strategic customer plans to deliver business growth.
* Identifying commercial opportunities through effective business planning and the development of financially sound business proposals.
* Development of account plans for appropriate secondary care centres, England Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), England Sub ICB Clusters, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales Health Boards, England Primary Care Networks (target high value PCNs and Practices) and Celtic Nations Practice Clusters (target high value Practice Clusters).
* Identifying and developing long term partnerships with key customers, to shape the LHE – and facilitate formulary and guideline inclusion at an account level.
* Developing and managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across the LHE in both Primary and Secondary Care.
* Pioneering both digital and face to face interactions, embracing new technology and platforms by utilising customer insights.
To be successful:
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful working relationships at all levels across the LHE.
* Sound understanding of the NHS environment.
* Ability to influence KOLs within the NHS to drive mutually beneficially agreements.
* Strong commercial acumen with previous success commercialising pharmaceutical products.
* Outstanding account management and business planning skills
* Proficient in MS Office with experience using database systems.
