The Role:
Are you up for a challenge? As a Night Shift Train Cleaner, you’ll play a key role in keeping our trains spotless and presentable for public use. Your duties will include:
1. Deep and full cleans focused on interior train cleaning
2. Hoovering, mopping, and sanitizing touchpoints
3. Bleaching and de-tanking toilets
4. Ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard
This is a physically active role, keeping you on your feet and directly contributing to a pleasant travel experience for passengers.
Requirements:
Here’s what you need to succeed:
5. Experience in vehicle, industrial, or housekeeping cleaning
6. Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends, on a rotating schedule:
7. 4 on, 4 off, followed by 5 on, 5 off
8. Shift hours: 20:00pm–05:00am and 22:00pm–05:00am
9. Full flexibility to cover both shifts as needed
10. Ability to work as part of a team of 8, with 2 duty team leaders
11. Willingness to complete the following as part of the interview and onboarding process:
12. Eligibility to work in the UK
13. Comprehensive medical examination
14. Drug and alcohol testing

Rate of Pay:
15. £13.05 per hour for every hour worked
16. Overtime opportunities available at management’s discretion
