Your Impact
As a Senior member of the team, you will go beyond basic care to provide leadership and clinical excellence:

What You'll Need
* Proven Leadership: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Senior role within a residential setting.
* Specialist Knowledge: Experience supporting children with complex needs.
* Qualifications: SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
* Logistics: A full UK driving licence and PVG registration.
* Character: Resilience, strong communication, and a heart for advocacy.
