* Position: Production Operative
* Salary: £25,570 + £1,000 bonus every 4 months (based on performance & attendance)
* Location: Worthing
* Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm
We are recruiting for an experienced Production Operative to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Worthing. This role requires working in a regulated environment while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be required to wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to prevent contamination.
As part of this role, you will contribute to the production of healthcare products that improve people’s lives. Working in cleanroom environments, you will follow strict GMP standards and SOPs while ensuring first-time quality and timely product delivery.
As a Production Operative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Adhere to GMP at all times
* Perform modification, precipitation, dilution, and sterile filtrations
* Deliver batches in line with daily production schedule
* Completing documentation to GMP standards (batch records, log books etc…)
* Managing stock control to ensure continuous production flow and compliance with GMP requirements
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills both written and verbally
* Excellent attention to detail
* Previous experience working within a GMP-regulated environment
* Experience in a cleanroom environment wearing full PPE
* An interest in or prior experience with scientific processes is desirable

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm based in Worthing on an annual salary of £25,570 + the opportunity to earn a £1,000 bonus every 4 months based on performance and attendance.
