About this role: We are looking for a highly organised and creatively driven Creative Producer to manage end-to-end production of our photography and video content. This hands-on role is responsible for turning creative concepts into compelling imagery that reflects the seasonal vision and stays true to our brand. You will own every aspect of production - from shoot planning through to final asset delivery - ensuring all content is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget, to the highest standard. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a natural ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure. You will work closely with a range of internal teams and external creatives, taking full ownership of studio shoots and campaign productions alike. About your key responsibilities: Production Management Own the entire production lifecycle for all photography and video, from shot list creation to final file delivery Schedule and manage all studio and campaign shoots in line with the critical path Create and manage detailed shot lists, photography and video briefs, call sheets and shoot schedules Coordinate closely with external photographers, videographers, stylists, set builders and other contractors as required Work with internal teams to understand seasonal content needs across brand, product development, marketing and ecommerce Maintain an efficient and safe working studio environment, ensuring samples, props and equipment are well organised and stored Oversee the preparation and readiness of all samples for shoots, liaising with product development and visual merchandising to mitigate any clashes, escalating any issues proactively Ensure the studio set-up evolves to meet growing production demands and reflects the brand’s creative standards Creative and Styling Develop moodboards and visual references in line with the seasonal creative direction Lead styling for studio shoots, and support styling on location shoots Oversee set design and brief studio builds, managing contractors to deliver to spec and deadline Post-Production Manage all post-production workflows, including reviews, amendments and sign off, colour matching products and grade alignment across assets Ensure assets are named, stored and shared following consistent file management conventions Work with wider marketing team to ensure timely delivery of all assets in readiness for launch Stakeholder and Budget Management Maintain strong working relationships with external creatives and freelancers, upholding high standards and a positive collaborative approach Manage production budgets including POs, invoices and reconciliations Support on special projects including social content and new store openings as required About you: You will have a passion for what we stand for as a company and be interested in working for a company that puts Ethics, Sustainability and recognition and support of artisan skills at the heart of what we do.
