What we are looking for: We are looking for a professional and experienced Systems and Compliance QA to join our growing Technical team. As a Systems and Compliance QA you will drive compliance and improvements across all site processes and products by supporting in the production of safe and legal products. Maintain and continually improve the site technical standards set internally by Hilton Food group and our retail customers and be the ambassadors in driving the Quality Culture across site. As a Systems and Compliance QA some of the responsibilities will be to: Support in delivering the sites paperless QMS project. Drive the customer complaints process with the site operations teams, supporting with collation of evidence to support investigations. Preparing and delivering regular presentations to share key compliance KPIs to site. Conduct CCP audits and to cascade and share the results to the wider teams within the DRM meetings. Work with the site operational teams to help close non-conformances when raised on site. Assist with regulatory, quality and customer audits. Work with the Systems & Compliance Manager to maintain the documented Quality Management System. Ability to confidently challenge where appropriate to ensure best results achieved from a continuous improvement perspective. To succeed as a Systems and Compliance QA we ask that you have the following experience/expertise: Good IT literacy, daily use of MS Excel, Word. Knowledge and use of industry quality and compliance management software (Safefood 360, Foods Connected etc.) Experience working with retailer Codes of Practice. QA experience in a FMCG environment. Experience of HACCP systems. Strong communication skills.
