Purpose of the role
The Recruitment Administrator supports Recruitment Coordinators with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities include posting and screening candidates via our ATS (Blue Octopus), arranging interviews, and submitting referencing packs to our Compliance Team. The role involves supporting candidate attraction and conversion for hourly paid roles at our London Heathrow and London City sites, with potential travel to other sites or events.
Sitting within a supportive, fast-paced HR Recruitment Team, your role is essential for the smooth operation of ongoing recruitment activities.
Stakeholders
Internal: Operations and Functional Managers, Recruitment Coordinators, HR and Compliance Teams
External: Service providers, Recruitment agencies, Candidates, Job Centres, Job Boards, and other stakeholders
Key responsibilities
* Advertising and maintaining vacancies on various job boards via ATS
* Collating management information (MI) weekly and monthly reports
* Supporting first-line screening of CVs and providing feedback
* Arranging interviews and preparing schedules
* Conducting initial phone screenings as needed
* Preparing recruitment packs for the Compliance and Referencing Teams
* Supporting with interview feedback
* Gathering and chasing employment documents (Right to Work, HMRC Forms, Criminal Checks)
* Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team
Additional duties may be assigned depending on locality or role complexity.
Qualifications and experience
* Experience in a fast-paced administrative or recruitment role
* Experience with job boards
* Experience working with external agencies is desirable but not essential
* Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
* Experience with ATS systems
* Experience in the aviation sector is a plus but not required
