Overview
Version 1 is seeking a motivated Delivery Consultant to join our team of experienced Delivery Managers and Delivery Principals. As a Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the Delivery Managers in delivering effective and high-quality projects for our clients, with a focus on Cloud Migration with AWS/Azure and Digital Transformation with SDLC, TDD and Agile.
Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with the Delivery Manager and project team to drive projects forward on time, to budget, and best quality
* Support the Delivery Manager in establishing and building relationships with new customers
* Assist in stakeholder engagement and management
* Help maintain the pace of the team and remove blockers to ensure a clear path to delivery
* Attend and contribute to weekly overview and delivery assurance meetings
* Assist in project scope definition, detailed project work-plan, RAID analysis, governance, documentation, and risk management
* Contribute to the delivery of Software Development or Cloud Migration projects
* Assist in ensuring that projects are delivered using Agile methodology and adhere to the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Keep up-to-date with Cloud technologies and share knowledge with the team
* Participate in the continuous improvement of project delivery processes
Qualifications
* A consulting mindset
* Technical project management experience and the ability to manage projects no matter what the technology involved
* Experience in delivering Software Development or Cloud Migration projects
* Knowledge of Cloud technologies
* Recent Public Sector experience (nice to have)
* Agile experience and experience of working in Agile projects
* Familiarity with the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC)
