This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am and 5:30pm.
Function:
To assist the Financial Accounting team with accurate inputting and reconciling of
financial information, to meet company and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Reconciling of bank accounts across various Avtrade group companies
• Accurate recording and processing of credit card expenses
• Accurate recording and processing of petty cash expenditure
• Posting of journal entries
• Monitoring of email inboxes, and dealing with queries
Requirements:
• Ideal position for someone beginning or in the early stages of their AAT studies
• Candidates invited to the interview stage will be asked to complete a double entry book keeping test
• Prior experience working in a Finance team is essential
• Knowledge of Business Central is advantageous
• Good computer literacy, with working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
