As F&B Supervisor- Botanica, you will be busy managing the team and guest experience. This role requires stamina, energy, and enthusiasm. Role Responsibilities
* Support daily operations to ensure flawless service across all Food and Beverage outlets.
* Collaborate with Outlet Managers/Assistants to meet and exceed budget targets.
* Step in for Assistant Managers when needed, covering service, resourcing, and product offerings.
* Work as part of a team, continuously evaluating, training, and improving guest experiences.
* Assist in creating and executing sales, profit, and staff development plans.
* Help with table plan implementation to maximize covers.
* Stay informed on industry trends and practices to enhance profitability.
* Engage weekly on Hubbub, our internal communication platform, to share positive updates and moments.
