Key Responsibilities Include:
* Lead the kitchen team, ensuring consistency in every dish.
* Maintain Italian flavours while incorporating new and exciting ideas.
* Oversee menu development, collaborating with senior leadership.
* Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and health & safety.
* Train, mentor, and develop the next generation of chefs.
* Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team for an exceptional guest experience.
