IT Support Engineer * Luton, Bedfordshire * Up to c£32,000 per year * With an excellent company benefits package (including 25 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Life Insurance, etc.) Skills and Experience: * Minimum of two years' experience in a similar IT support role. * Understanding of standard computing systems and networking principles. * Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and basic networking TCP/IP knowledge. * Have a good understanding of cloud technologies such as Azure. * Windows 11 and Server exposure in a corporate environment. * Ability to troubleshoot common issues with various devices and software. * Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. * Effective verbal and written communication abilities to interact clearly and constructively with team members and business users. * Proficient in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including the capacity to prioritize and adapt to both planned and reactive work effectively. * Any knowledge of Power BI or PowerShell is desirable but not essential. * Experience using service desk tools and remote support software. * Familiarity with ITIL processes and SLAs.
