We have recently acquired another business unit which has created a vacancy for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our existing team and play a key role in supporting our multi-site operations. Role Requirements:
1. Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on HR strategy, policies, procedures, and employment best practices.
2. Partner with line managers to support recruitment activities and ensure sound, compliant decision-making throughout the hiring process.
